This app caused my drone to crash in a field

Can’t access video camera. Keeps on asking me to connect on drones wifi.

Well, this was a gift and my first experience with a drone. So no money lost on my end but still. I’ve tried everything with the app and still nothing. 1 battery may give me 30 seconds and the 2 a couple of minutes. This product does look like a lot of others out there so I’m questioning to try another style and me pay more for hopefully a much better experience. Been watching tons of videos and I will say I’m hooked but this product just isn’t making the cut. I too am having alot of the same issues y’all are having with the controller as well as the app for just seeing if the camera works. No luck! I have a iPhone 10 and everything on it is updated. Instructions are very weak and having to wear two pair of glasses to even sort of see the words. A good note is I’m able to practice with this one even though it has alot of faults so maybe when I upgrade to a better one I will have better luck.

Not bad
I can connect to the wifi on this app but cannot control the drone. The camera doesn’t work as well this is the reasoning for my review.

Bought it to use this product for just 2-3 months but it did not work for one day. App never worked and connected. Although tried so many time. Wastage of money and time.

Absolutely Garbage
I just bought the drone and I was super excited but when I pressed the auto takeoff button, the drone flew up into the air and when it went out of range, it crashed back down. I couldn’t get it it to turn back on again. If I could give this 0 stars I 100% would this is a scam.

I don’t even no where to begin! If the drone gets any further than 25 feet from the controller , it stops responding to your commands and crashes. After the third crash one of the motors dislodged and now it doesn’t work at all!!! I would tell you not to buy one but since you are here, you probably already have… I’m going to file a complaint with consumer affairs, and I suggest you do the same. Missing controls on app
iPhone 13 pro. Video fair. Battery life of drone and controller don’t last as long as I would in bed with Pam Anderson.
Only some of the controls appear when using the app. Quick up quick down absent. Right control does nothing. Won’t take off.

Sounds to good to be true
I have an iPhone XR and can’t get video it keeps saying not connected to WiFi then trying to fly the thing is a joke. It will go up about 15 to 20 feet then take off straight with no steering response or anything. I don’t know where it would of ended up at if it hadn’t got stuck in a tree. Basically nothing works on this piece of crap. Companies should not be able to sell such garbage. I’m poor and can’t afford to just throw out over a hundred dollars for a product I can’t use let alone enjoy. I’m highly disappointed with this company screwing over so many people who may be in the same situation that rarely gets a chance to splurge on something they really wanted to just receive a piece of garbage that doesn’t work. Then it’s impossible to get up with let alone talk to customer service so all you can do is take the loss and remember if it sounds to good to be true then it most likely is. This drone doesn’t even come close to qualify for a single or half a star.

Another piece of China’s junk
Worst drone I’ve ever seen. Can’t even connect the drones remote to the drone. Finally after downloading the app & getting the drone working, the drone can’t even make it 5 feet off the ground. Terrible. And the manuals are all Chinese terribly translated to English... my advice, shut this Company down completely.

Bought this drone at ollies
Works perfectly fine on my iPhone 7 Plus. Don’ t listen to the people calling it a scam. You can’t have the remote on at the same time when you connect to the drones wifi.🙋🏻♂️🤙🏻

This is the worst thing i have ever spent money on in my life the app keeps saying to connect to the drones WiFi but I’m already connected i have iOS 14.4 and it doesn’t even work I don’t know if it’s just a garbage app and drone or if everything they make is absolute trash but please do not buy it save your money and buy anything else they do not deserve the money put into it if they don’t wanna fix there stuff

It worked. Sort of...
Ok, let’s get to the point. The app somewhat worked, I got live vid feed with a 0.346 second lag. The only problem was the on-screen controls were useless, so I turned them off and just used to normal controller. There was no response from the drone at all, not even when I flew it up into the air using the normal controller. The top buttons did work, allowing me to take videos and pictures that saved right to my phone. Also, if anyone is wondering, it’s a 2020 iPhone SE
The app is fine, but maybe fix the on screen controls. And while your at it, fix whatever’s is happening for all the other reviewer’s things, because there seems to be a lot of problems.

App is confusing at first but u have to get used to it.
App is fun and I can record and take pics for my yt it is confusing at first but I got used to it.
