Scam - avoid
When you sign up you have to have €10 credit in your account they then automatically put on the “auto top up” function to move money into the app without your control and due to their “T&Cs” you’re unable to take money out the account so even though you had an awful service having to go 30 mins out your way to find the tiniest most inconvenient drop off zone they are now refusing to refund the balance that is left in the app. Don’t waste your time, scooters are super slow, there’s hardly any drop off zones, they’re so hard to find and tiny and the app is really confusing to use. Avoid at all costs.

This scooters are the joke a specially their designed parking area more trouble and total waste of money as the minimum top up is 10€. If you on the Cyprus and come across any of those just don’t bother, the green ones are much better and flexible to park.
