So cool!

Buy and sell real gold from your phone. Amazing! I love the recurring buy function. I can set it and forget it. It’s a savings account that just continues to grow with the price of gold!!!

The best way to buy/own gold

I’ve wanted to add gold to my portfolio for a long time, but it’s a challenge to buy in a way that feels both safe/secure and liquid enough for me. G-Coin allows me to buy physical gold very easily without having to worry about storing it myself/paying a hefty premium/whatever. Even though I’ll likely never opt to receive my physical gold in the mail, I’m a big fan of the option to do so if I want it.
I was also pretty surprised by how easy it is to transfer it to other users. It’s cool how I can use the app like a sort of Venmo, but with gold rather than cash. Hopefully it gains more traction so I can use that last feature with my friends more often.

I love the app! It is a great tool to fight inflation and I love that I can have part of my savings in gold.

Doesn’t work

Not available to most of the world, only works in some US states. Requires ID. That’s not a real token. Look for an ERC-20 that you can freely hold and transfer and doesn’t violate your privacy with some buggy proprietary app. Why would you want to give your ID to some random unknown company. Horrible. 0/5 stars.

Super cool idea. I just paid my mechanic in gold

I downloaded this App because they sponsored a NASCAR driver. Pretty impressed with how easy the wallet is to use. Sending and receiving money (gold) is easier than Venmo. Love the QR code function.

Find a Legitimate Company Elsewhere

Don’t waste your time with this shady company. I signed up and provided all the ID asked for to correctly identify me as me and I was denied for reasons not disclosed. I was told my information sent in was unclear and unreadable. Ok so I send it in again and get the same none specific deny answer. Something smells shady here. There’s better ways to buy gold than with a fly by night company like this.

Login information not saved.

The app does not store login information or TouchID, even when “Remember Me” is selected, forcing you to login in every single time.
