Magical!

Cannot use app

I try to log into the app and it won’t let me log in. It asks for a phone number and then it says it is sending a verification code and I never receive one.

Sorry you’re experiencing this 🙏 It could be that phone login isn’t supported in your area. Please try logging in with your email instead — that should work!!!

Unable to pair case and app

I was really excited to use this case and corresponding app, and every review shows an easy setup, but once I start paring my app and phone I get the checkmark it’s paired, and then nothing happens in the app to let me pick or cast images. It stays on the pairing screen. Please help troubleshoot! I’ve reached out to customer service and gotten no response and I’ve reached out on your YouTube account as well.

Sorry for the trouble — this shouldn’t be happening 🙏 Please try fully closing the app, reopening it, and pairing again. Also make sure Bluetooth permissions are enabled and the app is updated to the latest version!!!

CONNECTIVITY ISSUES

I’ve had the case for one week and was stoked. I’m not too clumsy so the case hasn’t been through too much wear and tear. Yet, after one week it won’t accept any new images and will not connect. I’ve tried charging phone fully and reapplying case but still nothing. Great idea, but needs a lot of work.

Sorry to hear this 🙏 That’s definitely not the experience we want. Please try fully restarting your phone, reopening the app, and re-pairing the case. Also make sure the app is updated to the latest version, as this can affect image syncing and connection!!!

Having trouble with verification code

Just got a case, trying to login when it asks me to type in a verification code using my phone number. It doesn’t take 10digit numbers so I add a 1 to the front and still doesn’t work. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Sorry about the trouble 🙏 Please don’t add “1” manually — make sure to select the correct country code in the phone number field first, then enter your full number. The app should automatically format it for you. If it still doesn’t work, please try switching to email login instead!!

Cannot get verification code , phone number invalid , no tech support for help

Useless phone case when phone can detect the case but cannot login to use the app because app cannot send verification code , keeps saying that phone number is invalid
