Stopped working
No longer working. Will not connect to the case. Will not update case. Nothing.
Good app with color issues
When I use the app every single tone of blue ends up as gray, even purples or like sky color. Green also looks like yellow. Other than that, the app is amazing and the product is really cool.
Great app and phone case
Super intuitive App which works great to put anything I want on the xtrem case. I’ve noticed a trick that sometimes when you’re uploading and it doesn’t always connect, lift the top right of the phone case a little bit and it will connect and start uploading the photo.
App buggy
I go on the app and my images are not there to cast and shows web errors.
Update: it’s even worse. I get logged out and have to repair and I lose all my history again… this is a terrible terrible experience

Can not connect with case
It is stucking at “Initializing device...” then it doesn’t change on screen. Since new update

I can’t pair case with my phone
Cannot use app
I try to log into the app and it won’t let me log in. It asks for a phone number and then it says it is sending a verification code and I never receive one.
Unable to pair case and app
I was really excited to use this case and corresponding app, and every review shows an easy setup, but once I start paring my app and phone I get the checkmark it’s paired, and then nothing happens in the app to let me pick or cast images. It stays on the pairing screen. Please help troubleshoot! I’ve reached out to customer service and gotten no response and I’ve reached out on your YouTube account as well.

CONNECTIVITY ISSUES
I’ve had the case for one week and was stoked. I’m not too clumsy so the case hasn’t been through too much wear and tear. Yet, after one week it won’t accept any new images and will not connect. I’ve tried charging phone fully and reapplying case but still nothing. Great idea, but needs a lot of work.

Having trouble with verification code
Just got a case, trying to login when it asks me to type in a verification code using my phone number. It doesn’t take 10digit numbers so I add a 1 to the front and still doesn’t work. If anyone knows how to fix this please let me know

Useless phone case when phone can detect the case but cannot login to use the app because app cannot send verification code , keeps saying that phone number is invalid

彩色圖片掃出來變黑白有夠難看的可以修改一下嗎？為什麼自己app 的圖彩色的就掃的出來，自己手機的彩圖就掃不出來，手機殼有買跟沒買一樣

更新完直接配對不到手機殼 一直顯示靠近NFC 原本我剛升到ios26是可以用的
