Hi there, We want to be clear that our app is not a scam. We have helped thousands of users in Ontario prepare for and pass their G1 test over the years, and we take billing concerns seriously. We’re happy to look into what happened with your subscription and help you request a refund for any unwanted charge. All subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, and payments are managed directly by Apple through the App Store, so we cannot cancel a subscription or issue a refund ourselves. Please contact us at support@g1prep.ca and we’ll help you check your subscription status and guide you through the refund process with Apple. All the best, The Support Team
