Waste of time
I too have to keep entering, registering, each time I want to use it. Have to set up texts and just send directly. Ridiculous that this issue has not been sorted.
Doesn’t keep details
I have put my user details in countless times now and after a couple of days it deletes them and I have to set everything up again as a new user. It’s quicker just to send a text to my alarm than to keep setting myself up every few days......deleted app.

CRAP STILL DON'T WORK
I have two alarm systems so I setup two users. Works as it should for a few days then both users disappear. No longer truns to Chinese, users just diappear and have to be put back in. So disappointing! If you want an alarm system that you can control with the app this is not the one to buy. This has been going on for a long time and I don't think it will ever work correctly.
