Don’t even waste your time on this junk
This app doesn’t work at all. Every attempt to log in is met with a ‘network error’ message. Customer service is nonexistent. And reading other reviews it appears that this app has had technical issues for a while now.
Apparently they’re in no rush to fix this application to assist in making child support payments, but they’re quick to suspend a drivers license or put out a warrant for arrest. What a joke. Would give zero stars if possible.

The app never seems to be working! Always getting something went wrong message
It’s ok
The app frequently does not sendout updates about appointments scheduled and notifications have disappeared when it does send out a text notification. It does keep track of arrears but it’s just not the best about notifications
The app suddenly won’t open
For about a year now, this app will not work. I’ve deleted and reinstalled, but still nothing. I’m glad a pay my child support because it seems that this has been strategically done. We can’t see our case information, and with child support being so corrupt, you never know if they are trying to make you miss court on purpose. Fellas, pay your child’s support, so they can’t withhold info from you.

I have tried to login for the last three months to no avail, receiving the same error “unable to connect to the backend server”.

I had the app for a few years now. Never had an issue but for the last past week I can’t login from the app nor the site. It’s kind of frustrating when u have no other way to make a payment.
The app suddenly won’t open
I’ve been using this app to keep up with my case information and over the last two months, it won’t open! I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded it, and nothing has changed. It won’t even allow me to go to their online services to view my case info or my payment history. They need to fix this because this is violating our rights!

The site is not updated. It shows old information from several years ago. There is no way to get updated information. This app needs work.
I have tried to register in the app or in my browser and for nearly 3 years now, I still can’t.

I’m putting in all of my info that was sent to me by DCSS.. but the site or app always tells me my info doesn’t match their records. I can’t get any help either. The walker County Ga Dept of child support services never answers their phone. I don’t know what to do to access my case information.

Trash app
Terrible app, The 3rd party payment API is trash. And the wallpaper on the app landing UI for authentication showing a picture of a dad and his kids is a mockery. Should be a picture of a Woman with a hammer or gavel lol
