Been using GAA+ for about 3-4 years (since it was GAA Go) and I love it. Watching from the US and never had an issue. Hopefully every game will be live on here one day

Quite possibly the worst sports app. For the last 6 months it hasn’t recognized my subscription. Back and forth with support was zero help.
Startup noise bug
Please fix the bug where the startup noise randomly plays with no warning at all hours of the day and night at full volume even when not using the app. Horrible.

Great when it works
I’ve had an intermittent access issue since my subscription commenced. Whilst the support team have been very responsive the issue still remains.

Not acceptable coverage
For the 6 time already in these championships I have sat watching a buffering screen for a good 1/4 of the match while sitting right next to the router. If GAA+ can’t get the access right in England then come out and have the decency to admit it and let people choose whether they wish to waste their money on the subscription. I think it’s got worse this year which isn’t a great sign going forward for the new independent GAA+ channel.

Totally Screwed Up Automatic Renewal
App doesn’t accept my current subscription which renewed from GAAGo three days ago as an Annual Pass.
Not worth the money
Paid a yearly subscription, but none of the games i want to watch are hardly being shown which is stupid. What am i paying for if they're not showing all the games each week.
Love it in Texas
My 2nd year having this and I love it. Always works on my phone,smart TVs, and on my Firesticks. Never have any problems.
Very expensive for the amount of games you see
I paid for a 12 month annual pass and after 9 months it won’t let me watch any more matches without subscribing again. Very frustrated as I paid £82 and only watched 2 or 3 live games and when I wanted to watch the league final last month I was asked I subscribe again even though I paid to June 2024. Hoping it will get resolved soon or I will write to Apple stores to raise a complaint as it’s been a few weeks since I contacted there support team about it.

It’s a frustrating app to use, always issues trying to a match.

Broadcast behind play
Signed up on Sunday the 20th May 2023 to watch group game, I also have gaelsport app on my phone, as I was watching I was getting messages of the score about 1 minute ahead of the broadcast game that a paid subscription for!! Also as I watched the game I noticed when the ball is kicked it turns into a spinning circle in the air as if the ball is travelling too fast for the service. not the service I would expect from a paid service. I want a refund not fit for purpose not watchable to distracting. Please refund my subscription. Disappointed!

Don’t understand why they changed
The old way of watching was perfect. Log in on the Roku app, buy the game and watch right there. Now I need to pair my tv, log into the website, unlock the game, and then air play it from my phone!!!!! Just dumb to have to do it that way. I love the fact I get to watch all the games from home, but the method of doing so is not the best, personally I wish it was the same as it was last year. Oh well

I tried resetting the password and creating a new account but was still not able to log in to the mobile app.
