Worst and fraud company
You will end up with multiple multiple different types of charges in the last, and you will be made fool , even if you pay loan in the early, they will charge you check balance charges for three months , just stop using this bank services

Easy to access better way to pay EMI instantly and very fast but ,sometimes automatically logged out whenever I wanted to use fix that issue :)

Fraud app - Don’t install.
It appears this app isn't actually maintained by CholaMandal but by some third party. I recently tried to pay my CholaMandal loan through this app using the net banking option, assuming it would be a convenient choice. However, the payment never showed up under my loan, and the amount was deducted from my account via ACH mode. When I reached out to the support team, all I got was an automated response asking for more details. Even after providing all the required information, there’s been no follow-up or resolution from their end. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional.

Absolutely Pathetic (Cholamandalam is rotten to the core)
You cannot log in to the app using your OTP, the box to submit never pops us. Apart from that, one should not even opt for any of their loan facilities, because these people still make you write handwritten letters. They are still living under a rock, while the world has progressed. Their loan department is so rude to even talk, especially the one at Bhayander, Thane. No support whatsoever, and they work at the pace of a tortoise. Worse experience, and now I have received a message asking me to pay a due for an amount that was debited in time and for some reason these people are claiming it to be over due. I am not able to check anything on this app. This is, by far, the worst service on the internet. Rotten employees, rotten services, rotten experience, is all you will get when you opt for cholamanadalam and this app.

I have paid EMi through this application in time only but they have deducted 736rs they have mentioned there directly person reached out to me and he has collected that amount from me but in reality i have paid through online 2 days before the due date

Fraud company
If u done payment in advance before 2 days they charge u bounce charge 500 agent fee 250 & our bank 250rs total 1000rs y u have advance payment option if u cant update it never take loan with chola or jhola mandlap 😡🤬
