When I was making my oc from Gacha life and it turned out to be weird so read this

It's a really cool game but after I try to watch the video for 10s it immediately kicks me out the app and The game is too laggy but every other game works so it's not my WiFi it's the game plz fix this or I will report and I will delete the app/game
