Can’t even do the stuff I want

I can’t even zoom in and I agree with everyone else, I had this app a year ago and HATED IT I try again and it freezes on me live 4 times

I put 1 star because 1. You can’t make your own character. 2. I was so confused on how to work it. So plz had an instructions so I’m not confused. And make it where ppl can make their own character.
