Great app only one complaint
For paramotoring this app is amazing. Not only does it log your flights but gives you your ground speed and an easy way to make it back to your takeoff location.
Only thing I think is super super selfish of and wrong of the company is the new power line feature will only warn you about power lines if you pay for the most expensive subscription.
I seriously can’t comprehend why anyone would be so selfish and greedy that they would only give you the audio alert that can potentially save your life, if you pay for the most expensive monthly membership they offer.
I understand we should not fly low and that we can’t rely on that to always work but they have the ability to possibly save someone’s life and won’t do it unless you pay them for the most expensive membership.
That’s why I gave them 4 stars and not 5.

Best In Flight App
I never fly without Gaggle!! Not only is it the easiest way to log my flights, track my fuel usage mid flight and locate my friends in the air, but it also keeps me safe notifying me where air traffic is near me. There are so many awesome features and more are frequently added

Absolutely the best app for PPG! Worth the membership price, and even the free portion is great!
Inaccurate Readings
This app has great information while in flight for recording flight information. However, only prompts for the first 10 minutes. After that, it is inaccurate while in flight and stops prompting the flight information. Not worth $89 a year. I hope they fix these bugs. I’ve heard so many other pilots complain about this lately. Also, how do we find other pilots to friend. I asked Gaggle and tried exactly what it told me to do but didn’t work at all.

Best PPG App
Hands down the best paramotoring app. Devs are consistently making improvements for safer skys.
A must have
Gaggle is the must have app for paramotor pilots. It has everything you can think of and more! The developers of this app have a discord you can submit bugs and features to and they are constantly improving the experience! Not only that the have weather, maps, tracking, maintenance tracking, and a platform you can make friends on! Get the adventurer plan it is well worth it!

It is too expensive for the amount I fly. So it would be nice to have one with just the basic for less than $6 a month.

A truly essential tool for paramotor pilots, everyone in our local group uses it every single flight. Developed is constantly adding new features and responds quickly to user requests. One of my very favorite apps.

Gaggle sent my wife an email alert to this morning saying I may need help. I had no problems flying. Wife freaked out. I’m deleting this trash app.

I like the live tracking, sharing with friends and linking with theirs flights. Actually, I’ve inspired a couple of friends to use it too :))
The only problem: absence of integration with XContest. It’s the most popular logbook and an opportunity to export in IGC format or upload to xcontest looks like a must functionally.

This app is essential for anyone flying a powered paraglider. It is feature rich, always being improved, and reliable. We insist that all of our students use it, along with our alumni, and it has helped us locate someone that had a motor out in a field one evening that didn’t have communications. All of our instructors use this personally, along with our students, which helps us to track hours on our equipment, their equipment, and ensure everyone safety.
