Doesn’t work, account is is compromised

Someone logged in to my account from a foreign country. I changed my password. Now I need to sign out of all devices. I need 2fa to do that.

To get 2fa I need to download an app. I download app. I can’t scan QR code because I’m doing this on the same device. Use “manual method” and get code. Code doesn’t work.

What is the point of this app if it doesn’t even work? Now I have to go make a ticket to support because the app sucks. My account is still compromised.

I have spent at least 3 hours trying to work around their terrible website design and horrible customer service just to buy some scrap in Crossout now I’m stuck waiting for a week before someone replies to my request, whom ever gave the thumbs up for this website should have the death penalty
