YOUR WATCH WORKOUTS, ON YOUR SHEET Record a workout on your watch, or in any app that saves to Apple Health, and it lands in Gainsheet on its own: the right exercise, the time, and the burn, labeled with where it came from. Imported sets are read only and never count toward your PRs, because a PR should be a weight you actually logged. Your weekly Gain Sheet even notes how much of the burn came from your watch. Weight and body fat you log in other apps come across too. If you typed a number into Gainsheet yourself, your entry wins. Delete an imported workout and it stays deleted, instead of sneaking back on the next sync. PHOTOS THAT PULL THEIR WEIGHT Feed posts now hold up to three photos with a swipeable carousel. Pick several from your album in one go, crop and edit each one, and drag to reorder before you post. Tap any photo for full size, pinch to zoom, and it snaps back when you let go. Workout posts got compact per-exercise cards, so a long session no longer scrolls forever. CHALLENGES, SORTED HONESTLY Perfect Week is now the strict one: hit everything, earn the pinnacle. The friendlier version lives on as Logged All Week, so a solid week still counts for something. SMALL THINGS Friend requests and invites moved above Find members, where you were already looking for them. When a new version is out, the app mentions it once, and the About screen always shows what you are running.
