Every few minutes you’re forced to either watch long ads or spend in-game currency to continue. Then you’re immediately hit with more offers to buy coins, premium currency, coin doublers, and other microtransactions. It feels like the game exists to funnel you into spending money rather than simply letting you play.
I wasn’t looking for a casino disguised as an arcade game. I wanted to pay once and enjoy a classic shooter offline. Instead, every death and every new sector is another interruption asking for my time or my wallet.
