Why is the business chats now ignored
Developers….how do the spending accounts contact you. Hoa Tran ignores most if not all complaints. Apparently If you’re a nuisance to her you’re just blocked from the business chats and ignored completely. We are expected to spend but have no way to communicate or report issues. Sadly this makes the game not desirable to play. Point buffing in squad and the use of mods are at an all time high. The last several reports to the business chats for issues are completely ignored. It’s a shame as the game was at one time enjoyable. One person seems to ruin it for everyone now.

Does not restore purchases after a year of not playing it
I’m so mad . I’ve spent a lot of money on this game to come back after a year and I can go into my Apple purchases to see all the money that I’ve spent just to have to start all the way over. I don’t have half of the badges that I did I don’t have half of the rubies that I did? The coins and even the progression through the game it’s a scam. Don’t spend no money. Don’t download this game if you don’t play it every day and leave for a year or less to come back and all the progression you made to start over and all the money that you’ve spent and all the time that you played. I’ve tried to restore purchases in the settings in the game and still won’t give me everything.

Steal money
This game will started taking your money and claim that you paid for a in app purchase. I support by making small purchases. After awhile all I did was play the game and out of the blue I would get a notification that I made a purchase. Each time it was coming from this game. I reached out to apple and they did not find basis for a refund. I deleted the app. Sad because I really liked the game just not them stealing my money and refusing to give it back.
