I’m not enjoying Turns out I am still not making progress.

I keep trying and I don’t get ahead. I did slightly better closer to when I had the surger over a year now since the surgery. My glasses help barely; in fact, I think my vision is somewhat worse now than when I first got the glasses.
I’m also being treated for dry eye. I was told it was extremely dry which I had no sense of it being dry. I had a somewhat expensive prescription for dry eye called MIEBO.. I took it for a couple months then decided I didn’t want to pay for it anymore so now I’ve been using over-the-counter dry eye drops. I don’t know if going to help or not. I guess I won’t find out till I see my ophthalmologist later in the year. Does dry eye impact my vision? I really can’t say. I know one thing; I started again too try to play piano, which I haven’t done in quite a long time and I really can’t read the music well with my glasses. I kind of read it, but not clear enough to know which note is on which line.

No, I’m not enjoying it that much anymore. Turns out I am not making progress.

I keep trying and I get nowhere. I barely can see the Vertical lines in 5 hardly ever in 6 and a total loss in 7 or higher which I rarely am offered. What good does guessing do? My glasses help barely ( I don’t think the refraction was correc, I can’t say my eyes are improving. Am I just wasting MY time?

New beta mode rocks

A number of years ago I was having trouble focusing on my computer screen. I learned about Gabor eye/brain training and found relief with an app. It was expensive and tiring to use and it is no longer available (GlassesOff). Galaxy Vision (I’m using the beta mode) seems to provide the same relief to eye fatigue and blurry vision with but with short daily session. It takes a while to figure out some of the harder variations but it’s working. I hope they improve the usability so other new users can quickly get the hang of it (I.e. show clearer examples of what to look for). I recommend this app if you are suffering from functional myopia from excessive screen use.

Too small for me

I tried using it on an iPhone pro nax and it is just too small for me to see the faint patterns. Wish it was written for Windows or Linux. Will just go back to watching videos for training. I applaud the author for trying but just not for me.

Galaxy vision app

I liked the older version where there’s the 4 boxes, the correct pick turns green. The newer version doesn’t let you know if you’ve chosen wrong :(

Galaxy Vision

Fun while I am helping my eyes! Love doing this for my eyes. Thank you

Neuro plasticity in action

I have new eyes post cataract surgery and it is interesting to see my brain remodel my vision low spatial frequency patterns pop in and out of perception.

Streak resets

App keeps resetting my streak and telling me I missed a day, even though I had enough stars for two days and I use the app each morning. It takes the stars like I missed a day but still resets streak too.

So far so good

My nearsighted vision is still a bit blurry and coming along. L eye is 3+ weeks post op and R eye is 2 days post op. Today my husband gave me a prescription pair of glasses that actually lets me read small print which took me over 3 weeks to do without them . I started this training app tonight not using the glasses. My ? Is can I use the glasses for this training or is it best not to? After the 2nd surgery my near vision was better than with only one eye done.

So the game test is still a little difficult in spots. I keep trying.

Peg

I have only been using for two days and I already feel my eyesight improving. I had cataract surgery 6 weeks ago and I am hoping not to need reading glasses

Hard but rewarding

This helps train concentration and trust in your intuition

Great app!

I have started using this app after cataract surgery, and I have noticed improvement already! Thank you so much for making this app 😊

Great App

This is an excellent app to train your vision to pick up small details. It is easy to use and acts more like a game. I look forward to using it on a regular basis.
