No payout. No app support. Lost $.

They will happily take your money through Apple Pay transaction. Have requested three payouts with NOTHING in weeks. There has been zero reply from support email after three attempts and app support goes to a dead link. Have initiated a complaint with credit card company and have alerted App Store about fraudulent activity. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Fun Game, Great Design

This game is a superior bubble shooter. Great design. Haptics are really nice touch. And I love the tournament format and the play to earn features.

Says server name can not be found when I sign up

Can’t sign up/log in

Whenever I try to sign up it says “Invalid Request: A server with the specified host name could not be found,” which basically means they don’t recognize the email. However, that shouldn’t be a problem, because I’m signing up, not logging in. If you look at the most recent reviews, the majority of people are having the same problem and the developers haven’t seemed very keen on reaching out or trying to fix the problem.

I know your looking at this and just pass by peoples reviews and not bother to fix the create account when it’s not letting us in.
Why bother have the app on here anyway when you won’t fix this problem?!!!

Don’t even bother downloading it, when you try to sign in, it returns an error message saying the address doesn’t exist.

I tried apple, twitter, gmail and to use my own email. It doesn’t work on iPhone.

Used to love vig.io

When I used to just go to the website pick my stocks or crypto to play the games, but now when I download this app,4I will try to sign into my account and it just goes back to nothing I triedTo delete the app and reinstall it and it made no difference it just did it again and again. Nothing. This is an exciting platform , it is one of my favorites even though I can’t get it to run. I guess I’ll get an android and try to download it on it. I will give the app a 5 because like I said “ it isExciting and a lot of fun” I wish the support team can help me get this loaded. I try every day but it is the same thing, it goes back to the unopened game!
