Awfully Designed, Barely Effective
The app is extremely poorly designed and is not useful for getting around on the bus. When the buses are not in service, the route and schedules are grayed out, meaning you can’t view them to plan a future trip or for reference. During use one day, the Gold Route completely disappeared from the app for over an hour, despite it operating. The tracking map doesn’t automatically update, and the bus icon is difficult to locate.
