Galifar is city delivery, by cargo bike or van, whether you order or deliver. For customers: send a document, a parcel, a suitcase or furniture, with the price shown before you pay. For couriers: you are independent and take the deliveries that suit you, with the earnings shown before you accept. GET IT DELIVERED • On demand: the delivery is offered to couriers as soon as you pay. Or booked ahead: pick the pickup day and time, up to 30 days in advance. • Small volume: from a document (letter, keys) to a suitcase, from a shopping bag to small furniture (armchair, coffee table, shelf) • Large volume: furniture, event equipment, small moves, by van • Parcel dimensions in one tap with ready-made formats (envelope, box, suitcase…) • Long distance: intercity delivery by van, to be booked at least the day before • Parcel holding while you're away: collection from a pickup point, locker or post office, storage, redelivery when you're back (Paris and inner suburbs) SIMPLE AND CLEAR • The price is shown before you order, and nothing is added afterwards • Couriers available near you, counted by parcel size, before you order • Follow your delivery on the map, with an estimated arrival time, from pickup to drop-off, and notifications at key steps • Message your courier during the delivery, with reporting and blocking, then rate them • Proof of delivery: a photo of the handed-over parcel, visible in your tracking (or a scan of its barcode for business and large-volume deliveries) • Secure payment by card or with your Galifar prepaid credit, topped up in the app • Cancel with a full refund as long as the parcel hasn't been picked up.
