Horrible UX Design
I switched phones and tried logging in. However it’s saying my username is incorrect when resetting my password. There is no info about who to contact in order to get this information. I’ve asked my broker and he’s as confused as I am.
Easy & convenient!
I was able to sign up with the email provided by my Gallagher rep. I can conveniently view my policies, account details and my liability slip all within the app.
Policy Info at My Fingertips
The app provides important insurance policy information, and I see you’re able to report a claim through the app (I don’t know how well claim reporting works since I haven’t had a claim to report).
Everyone who gave one star reviews from a year ago say that they couldn’t set up their account in the app. In my case, I registered on-line first, then installed the app, and I didn’t have any issues. Either the issue others have commented on have been resolved, or maybe registering on-line first makes all the difference.

States my account is locked & I have no idea why.

I could actually get my account set up. I’m constantly getting a notification that my info is wrong. Everything is correct.
