I forgot my password after forgetting I even had the app, wanted to know what I had In here. Clicked the “forgot password” option and it sent an email to me with a verification code that kept saying (null) which wouldn’t work. So for months I’ve been unable to retrieve my photos.

Not able to change password
I forgot my password and have been trying many times to reset. It’s not at all possible and no one is fixing the issue also. No replies to emails nothing! This is really frustrating
