Unable to Access GalleryVT App โ Region Restriction Issue & Data Recovery Request
I am currently unable to access the GalleryVT app on my iPhone. The app shows a message stating that it is not supported in my region. am from India
The app is still installed on my device, and it contains important personal photos and data (approximately 200 MB). However, I am unable to open or access the content due to this region restriction.
I kindly request your assistance with the following:
Guidance on how to access my existing data.
Confirmation whether the app has been discontinued in my region.
Any alternative method to recover or export my stored photos and videos.

Released a new app and made the old one defunct. Lost all data.
Please do not use these apps. You'd be better off using the inbuilt ios app. They haven't responded to my support messages and the older version of their app is not working anymore without any prior information. The app still exists on my phone but all data cannot be retrieved unless they update the older one.
