Stopped working

I received one refund from this app the first summer that I used it. All of my receipts have been “pending” ever since and now I can’t even access the app. At this point, it’s totally worthless.

I have a year’s worth of receipts entered but nothing is happening. It worked initially but suddenly stopped. I’ve emailed them repeatedly for support but no reply. This is the second time I’ve had issues.
