Build healthier screen habits with simple, private controls that stay on your iPhone. Create protection plans for different age groups, choose apps with Apple’s Screen Time picker, and temporarily restrict those apps when lending or sharing your device. Choose how plan changes are verified: no authentication, system authentication with Face ID, Touch ID, or the device passcode, or a separate 4-digit plan passcode. Strict Parent Protection is optional and uses its own separate 4-digit passcode.
