Minimalist
Simple layout. Easy to set up with increments or without, and free. I like.
Good but needs updating
This is a beautifully simple timer, and one of few to include Hour Glass timing as an option, but it seems to be so buggy as to be unusable in iOS8. I hope the dev updates it.

I have bought 8 chess timers.
This is the best by far due to:
1. Simplicity (does not disturb you with useless animations whilst playing chess)
2. shows both timers (yours and opponents) on the same orientation
3. sufficient options for set-up
4. all the functions you really need at an unobtrusive interface
