The company still has the app up hoping someone will actually pay $5 a month for a collection of “Classic “ iOS games. I own most of the games in the catalog. But Zero customer support. No signs of life in 3 years.

Not enough variety
I subscribed because of the cooking game chippy assuming there were at least a few related games but that's the only cooking game. I would keep my subscription of there were a few more cooking games or time management

I am subscribed but cannot play. I have reported the problem more than once with no response at all. This time there was there was an email saying they would respond within 24 hours but a week later there is still no response.

Defunct
Dozens of games that no-one has ever heard of, available to play for a monthly fee on a service that no-longer works. So not available to play at all. This should be delisted.
Dreadful service
I previously purchased the Vectrex app and after proving my previous purchase they said all I had to do was message them through the app and they would unlock it for me…HA! Messaged them 37 times so far and keep getting the same response. Some figured I will keep giving them bad reviews until they fix it like they promised.

No Support At All
After attempting to reach out to customer support several months, through their website, which never respomded, emails that only responded with identical bot non helpful responses, I've come to the conclusion that either GameClub doesn't care about their customers or they're out of business. I've canceled the subscription and deleted all games associated with GameClub. Use this app at your own risk.

Wonderful games, horrible service
I subscribed to GameClub for only one game: Hatch. I’ve been unable to even log into the game or the GameClub app for two weeks, and the only response I’ve gotten from their Customer Service department was what appeared to be a form letter saying “we’re working on it”. I’m not sure why it takes two weeks to resolve a login issue, but unless there’s a game you’re REALLY attached to and want to play, avoid GameClub like it’s the plague.

Server down for past few weeks. App not updated in 3 years. Cannot log in and activate games I legitimately bought. Think the whole things is dead now.
Error when you open the app
App won’t open keeps having error on screen. Cancelled subscription till this is fixed

I’ve bought the subscription but the GameClub app keeps freezing.
Terrible developer
I am unable to log in. If I try, I am told “unexpected error”. If I try to register a new account I am told I already have an account. If I try to login from the website I am told I have been emailed a verification code, but I have never received one. I have emailed support multiple times and am yet to receive any reply.

GameClub is awesome. The app works perfectly. The games they offer are amazing. But the support and discord link to the community is broken. The support hasn’t responded to my queries. If there’s anyone at GameClub that can help, please have them correct it so that people can be a part of the community. As far as the app itself. It’s amazing and works great! Thank you for preserving these old school apps!

URGENT PLS READ BEFORE BUYING!
This service is no longer a things pls be careful, no one will respond to you even after several emails! Also for each game it makes you put in an email only for it to say error so even if you have previously purchased games they will not work! Worse is for each game it makes you sign up, offered me a free month then it did the same thing to play another game..when I looked at my subscription I had 3 subscriptions to game club! I have never seen this happen elsewhere as it would stop you from multiple subscriptions but these slimy devs will not. They must be from a foreign country as no one gets in touch with you and the service is appalling. PLS BE AWARE AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS ITS A SCAM SITE!
