New look/update
The new update does bring some great features however I am finding it hard to navigate/search for games. Ex. Searching “emily” only brings up two games from the delicious series. Not ideal when trying to search certain games to continue the story. Also maybe I missed it but I wish there was a way to look through the whole game catalog rather than broken up, or creating tabs based on game type.
Update to this review: If I’m paying 9.99 a month to be ad free why am I seeing time gates gh ads? I don’t love seeing any ads but give a pass to the gh ads that allow immediate close out but now I’ve come across ones where I have to wait. Feels unnecessary when paying for a service

What’s going on?
I used to love this game but recently it’s becoming unplayable. I pay to play the game and have contacted support four times and nothing is changing. Games are freezing, can’t play daily games and some of the downloaded games keep crashing! No response so poor customer service as was well as gameplay, very disappointed

So greedy
I have played these games from the beginning and always enjoyed them and was always willing to pay for the game outright. Now I am forced to subscribe and the games have gone downhill. I will not subscribe and will no longer be playing these games. It’s really unfortunate that it had to come to this.

A full catalogue of all of the games would be nice.
I loved the previous layout of the app (even though it crashed on me a lot) because it made finding games easier. I love the story games and the old layout for this app had them all organized by series. And even just gave you a way to look at all of the games in a full catalogue but I’m not sure if the company has partnered with a new organization or what but nothings the same. You can’t really find things easily anymore. Everything is so confusing and you have to use the search function but what if I just wanted to see the new story games and get into a different series? Unless it’s recommended on the home page, there’s really no way to see them. I even notice they’re trying to change the style of art used on the app thumbnails which is weird. Like they’re doing it for the older games too. Why not keep the old art for the older games and change it for the newer ones? It feels like the company is going in the wrong direction with this app but maybe it’s just in an optimization phase. Fingers crossed!

Canceled my subscription
Game can’t find my subscription. Tried to restore. Cant find it again. Idk why I paid for a subscription if I have to watch ads. I had no problem with any of the games until the latest one.
Disappointed
Well… I paid for the annual subscription+vip so be able to play my games without add and is not happening every time I play an episode for DELICIOUS I have to watch the add… how in the world I paid almost $90 dollars and adds shows every step of the game really DISAPPOINTED
iPad user here.
I cannot use my iPad horizontally without hurting my hands. I have a keyboard attachment & the plastic slices my hands, & I’m not removing what protects my iPad. I also don’t care to use it horizontally. There should be a choice, don’t you agree? If you change this I’ll VIP that day! Please & thank you! (I love all Delicious & like games mainly.)

Subscription price is too high. Especially when you only want to play one game. On to other games. Been a member since I was a kid they use to have so many games.

Why?
this new look is so inconvenient, i used to play all the games in timeline order to jump from Emily to Angela, etc to follow the story line. now all games are out order and hard to find or follow. also, very upset that i lost all my collected cards, worst update ever.

I was going to subscribe again but seeing this update is a NO for me. You say you can search it but when you do not all the games on that series pop up, you have to be specific. How would we even know what to search up? Put all the series together! It’s a mess!

Ich finde die Neugestaltung der App nicht mehr so schön. Mir gefiel sie vorher besser, zu sehen, in welcher Reihenfolge die Spiele erschienen sind und somit am besten gespielt werden. Für die Chronologie insbesondere die Einführung neuer Charaktere ist es ja von Bedeutung, welches Spiel zuerst da war. Das kommt nun gar nicht mehr zur Ansicht.
Und auch die Neuankündigung für künftige Spiele fand ich vorher besser. Jetzt sehe ich fast nur noch Kommentare und Rezensionen von anderen Spielern. Wenn ich sowas haben will, sehe ich im AppStore oder PlayStore nach…finde ich absolut überflüssig.

Horrible update!
This is literally the worst update ever! Game House says it’s a glow up!? NO IT IS NOT!! The new style is terrible! I want to see every game in a series and know when a new one is coming out. I have given a lot of money to game house. And this new update feels like a slap in the face. DO BETTER!
Awful update
Since the new update I am unable to play the games I have. It says play with adverts, which is fine. But when you press the level, it kicks you out and takes you to join premium.
I absolutely love my gamehouse games, but I can’t afford the subscription which is why I play with adverts.

Dislike the Update
I also have complaints about this update. Before I could just scroll through all the games in a list and download what I wanted. Now I have to search to find anything, and my subscription isn’t being recognized. I’m seeing other reviews with the same complaints. Can we at least get an update where we can view all games a-z like before. This new Home Screen is absolutely awful.

New Alp Style
The only reason I had this app downloaded is so I could easily find the games and play them in order. Now that’s impossible and almost makes me wanna stop playing them after I finish the ones I have downloaded.
