I’ve emailed them countless times for help with my account and they refuse to respond. Don’t expect the support to care about you even slightly

Not able to log in on the app. Red bubble pops up after attempting to log in with no problem description. Attempted to redownload but issue persists. Website is good though.

Cannot log in the app, but I can on the website
I cannot log into this app. The website I can log in fine with and I 100% recommend the website on a computer, but the app is hot garbage. I cannot log in and all I get is a red bubble on the bottom of my screen. My phone is compatible with the app, so I’m not sure what the issue is.
Can’t even log in
What’s the point of having an app if people can’t even log in, I’ve tried everything and can’t log in to save my life. And ik it’s the app bc I can log in fine with the web version. I conspirator get a red bubble at the bottom of my screen with no description or anything without an option or recommendation to move foward

Lack of App Support
Either fix your app or just take it down. Get better mobile and website support if you can not sustain the app.
App won’t let me login
I Can log in perfectly in the website so Ik it’s not my sign in information, but when I try to logging in the app, I get an error saying “ReCaptcha token missing” and Ik the app wants to make sure I’m not a robot but there is not a box available to verify
No Apex?
You can view apex courses on the website but not the app? If you’re taking the apex course don’t bother with this app, there is no apex anything on the app. Also doesn’t have iPad support so it’s just a tiny box in the center of the screen. Great courses, terrible app. Just use the website.
Needs Update for Overwatch 2
I got this app to get better at overwatch 2, but I can’t because the courses only show on the website.
Good Idea, but…
The Idea about the App is good but the implementation is not so good. For example: in the course of map mastery does every Video stopp on 1:29 and wenn I‘m do 10 sek forwords than I have the Video without Audio not good.

This is a really great resource for people that want to become top 1% streamers I like to use this app kind of like audible like a podcast while I work out
NEVER get this app
I made an account and even upgraded it to watch the videos but it stopped working after an hour and signed me out and continued to not let me sign back in saying my password was wrong and wouldnt let me reset the password to change it. This website and app are a scam dont fall for it like i did 😒
Where is the Apex content on mobile?
Where is Apex Legends content on mobile? Every other game you have courses for is on mobile except Apex? Will change review once I can access Apex content

I downloaded the app to learn about APEX while on my phone. I have to go through the browser
Great service, VERY buggy app
Please improve the app. I love the content but can barely navigate the app. It’s a little better on iPad but not much.
Gute Videos, schlechte App Umsetzung
Gute Videos, leider schlechte Umsetzung der App, da Videos manchmal nicht pausiert werden können, die Suche nicht funktioniert (Suche reagiert nicht auf den eingegebenen Text) und zwischendurch die Anmeldung verloren geht.
Inhalt gut, App hat Nachholbedarf
Negative Aspekte der App:
- unübersichtlich, man findet die meisten „Kurse“ eher zufällig
- Das Overlay für Play/Pause bzw zum skippen funktioniert nicht richtig (was kommt wenn man während des Videos aufs Display tippt). Es geht teilweise nicht mehr weg.
- und das nervigste Problem: keine Permalogin-Funktion. Das heißt, ich muss bei jedem Öffnen der App Benutzernam/Email neu eingeben. Ein speichern see Anmeldedaten ist nicht möglich.

I couldn't watch why video. It just wouldn't play even after i tried multiple accounts.
