This app is a joke

The customer service in this app is a joke, yesterday evening my fried and I booked a class that apparently was from the morning ( How is even possible to book a session which is already finish? And later when we tried to ask for our refund there’s not even a customer service bot or anything

Not enough locations

Good app for some but there is not a variety of locations,i live near Wembley and the closest pick up game is in Kensington which is not bad but still quite far
