I love the app but for some reason some of my clips are not showing up. For a game I really like called rust console edition. My clips will not come up. Plz fix!

Devs Not Updating Any Longer
Bummer. I liked this app. It organized your content nicely and made sharing/editing easy and, most importantly, FAST.
So whatā¦Microsoft got somewhat decent with sharing/editing captures and that was enough to call it quits?? Lame.
Anyways, donāt bother downloading or using. The devs havenāt shown this app any love since 2020 so, as you can imagine, itās either not working well or not working at all.

there's definitely a couple of errors that happen once in a while, but overall it's a pretty good app.:)
needs fixing
it is a really good app and it makes things much easier on saving clips but thereās a few bad things~ no screenshots show. Some clips duplicate Some clips take really slow at saving. Some clips donāt save at all. Some clips save with no audio and sometimes you put in your gamer tag but it says itās not on the correct format. The app is good and I do recommend but it really really does need some serious fixing

This is a very good xbox gaming clips app but
This app has a few problems, some clips go away on itās own, is there a certain amount of clips we can have? and some clips wouldnāt even load the picture, way too slow even though i have top connections.. iāll have to remember what i clipped or iāll be guessing what i download.

Well this app was great
It was great all the way up until recently. No matter what I do it says āunable to fetch game clips please try againā . Probably Xbox changed some coding on their side with an update so now this app is completely broken until they update it as well. Shame.
Incorrect Format
This app use to work for me. I use an IPhone. I havenāt been able to access anything in the app. It just says something like āIncorrect formatā I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still did not work. Whatās going on?
Canāt see recent clips or screenshots anymore

I really enjoy this app! I especially enjoyed it back when Xbox didnāt really have anything in their Xbox app that let you straight up save your clips, Iād like the app and really found it convenient and easy to use, but recently since around I believe October if I remember correctly, this app started having a weird bug so I am making one of my first ever reviews to help bring attention to this and get it fixed. As Iāve seen it mentioned in the past reviews, mostly the most recent ones I hope you guys can fix this as for im not the only one which did come to mind because I have a really broken iPhone lol. Anyway, you can literally only watch one video at a time before needing to close the app and open it up again, this happens when you go on full screen mode and it doesnāt let you exit out, so the only option is to reboot the app. Other than that I have nothing else to complain about, this app is great and easy to use! Will come back and change my 4 stars to five if this is ever fixed.

The app is good and all. The quality of my videos and screenshots are good. Except I donāt get any screenshots or videos.this issue needs fixing soon as itās really annoying because I would like to save my captured to my phone but I simply canāt. Fix it

Was really good but not anymore
Whenever you go full screen on a video, your stuck in full screen and forced to close the app and reopen it if you want to continue looking at clips. Also half of my friends clips NEVER work anymore, this started like 2 months ago. iPhone 11 btw
