No response from customer service after months of attempts
We got the subscription and my son enjoyed it. However, I could not help but notice the lack of diversity in the characters. I have messaged and called brainvault several times asking if this is something they plan on addressing in the near future. They have never answered. I always try to make sure my son can see himself reflected in the games and videos he plays. May seem a small thing to others but inclusion is important to us. Not getting any response after multiple attempts made me cancel the subscription. There are some questionable video / song choices on the playlist as well.

This app has been so fun for my 3 year old! It’s educational and the graphics are so sweet! She especially loves the alphabet game and I now hear her practicing her letters all the time! Great app for little ones!
No sound
Needs updated. There is no sound.
Sound Not Working
Both my 3 and 4-year-old love this app. However, all sound has stopped functioning, no effects or music. The app also doesn’t appear in the Settings list of apps. We’re using an iPad, version 11.2.6.
Contains pop up adverts.
It's a game for 3 year olds that has pop up ads! Disgraceful. Don't bother!

The 3y/o games worked well to entertain my friends kid who was visiting from out of town. I'd recommend it!

Good mini games make for some positive conversations about about learning topics.
Credit union ads
Do not buy! Within minutes a voiceover ad was discussing credit unions. Only option was to pay to remove ads. Kids should not be listening to that.

Busy Kid is a Happy Kid
Fun little mini games for kiddo. He likes them and they are simple enough for him to understand. Most kids could probably appreciate these.
