Great concept ALWAYS glitching
As a minor rep team manager I haven’t used this app once without it glitching— sometimes I can’t message a parent individually, sometimes I can’t switch teams to view, sometimes I can’t make edits. I want to love this app but I constantly need to close and reopen which isn’t 100% successful. It’s been a huge pain. I’m sure it’s a lot of backend things I don’t understand, but on the UX side, it’s I wish it were more seemless.

Trash
Complete trash, the app doesn’t work. Despite resetting my password and trying to log in multiple times, it still won’t let me log in. App doesn’t work, complete waste of effort and time to use. It’s complete “trash.”
TERRIBLE
Impossible to register or login to. Tried for DAYS to register and login via Apple, Google, or email. Never succeeded. Just use the website I guess.
