App will not connect to my music even after granting access
Would like a refund as this apparently after granting it access to my music and media. It will not connect to it so it’s basically useless as the app is supposed to allow you to have walk up songs.

I used this app for awhile but they changed it and it is terrible now. It’s a shame too bc it was good before and now has a laundry list of issues. They lost a lot of users and it shows in their reviews. My experience is that the free version doesn’t work at all and I’m skeptical of the paid version bc of my bad experience with this one. It’s terrible! It used to be simple to use. It’s more difficult now but even when you figure it out it still doesn’t work. Wish I could give it zero stars. I never leave reviews but this one needed to be left. Save your time and don’t use this.

Can’t Add New Music
Would love to be able to have a way to have an account with Gametime so I can use the app on multiple devices. Would be able to sign in and everything be the same as it is from the original device it was created on. Also, my main issue is adding new music. I purchased new songs with iTunes and the only way I have found to get them to show up in the music list is to delete and re-add the app. I am not willing to do that and lose multiple things I already have in place the way I would like them. Not very user friendly. Have also had the issue with it freezing and closing multiple times while trying to cut a song for a player.
