When you make a deposit The app takes your money in seconds but your funds are pending over 3 hours and sometimes til the next day before the app release your money also the app will verify your credit card and let you use the card to make your deposit then about 3 months later when you have got use to using that card for deposit it declines the card for no reasons

So far from my experience, I haven’t had too much or really any trouble with the app, the app has been smooth and straightforward, and their customer service has been helpful if needed but so far on my end I haven’t really had the need for customer service, I can tell the app is being run by a hard working team and I personally recommend this app for anyone looking for an easy digital wallet.

Terrible customer service
The customer service is not responsive. I have been trying to get a commercial account for my business since 6/11/2024. I finally got an answer and it was denied do to some fraud on my account. I never even used the account. Maybe it’s good I got denied because I am hearing a lot of horror stories with this company and app. Hopefully a better company can fill this role because this company is terrible at communication and service. They are also having a lot of hidden charges that you are not gonna find out about until it’s too late. This could be a great product if there were proper people in charge of it.

Do not trust the platforms that conduct business with GameTime wallet for example sweepstakemobi is bad business GameTime customer service is helpful and decent but the affiliates don’t trust your money it will get lost and disappear and won’t return your inquiries

It is hard to use this company when you have an issue and you talk with the live chat they tell you one thing in the system does another

NO IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO YOUR FUNDS
I have used this app on several occasion via a vendors request. This does NOT allow you immediate access to your funds. It literally takes almost a full day to withdraw to your bank, bank card or using their Zelle function. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this has happened every time I attempted to withdraw!

GT had me load $5.00 on my account but I can’t use it…. My bank acct was charged they took the money … why am I not allowed to use it?
Horrible app
Takes money out your account immediately. When they release it can be unbelievably SLOWWW! The app has potential but it definitely has lots of glitches to fix. Customer service isn’t work a d@mn.

Takes too long… I shouldn’t have to wait for hours after the money has been taken out of my bank account for it to land in my gametime wallet
Still not approved to send money after 2 days
Downloaded the app but it’s been two days now and my account is still not yet approved to send money. Thank goodness I only test deposited $1 or any funds would have been tied up in the Gametime wallet this entire time. By the time this wallet is functional I will have most likely spent my money elsewhere playing so many other games online

Missing Money!
I’m always very skeptical with $ apps. I’m highly disappointed. First, the app deducts change two times to perform a verification that does not appear in you balance AFTER they upload your transaction amount. Second, it takes a few seconds to upload your cash from your bank or debit card. When I withdrew my funds in the same card, I NEVER received my money. The support personnel was could care less about the situation, and told me to check with my bank. Why is the app quickly uploading cash, but fails to quickly withdraw the cash in the same manner. The transaction first appeared as a pending transaction, and then moved to a complete transaction, and I have yet to receive my funds. I hate taking financial losses that results in me using a great deal of unwarranted energy to correct an error I didn’t create. If you love it, good for you, but others who have not used it, please beware that you can’t verify these ratings and comments! I am a real user who is experiencing a real issue! And because I am recently recovering from surgery, my patience will NOT allow me time to deal with this issue. GOD will replace my funds in faith and now I know better!

I made an account and now I’m trying to log in and it says my username and phone number doesn’t exist. This was after me having to put in all my info to include my social security number… all I got was a confirmation email … but again, it’s saying my username and phone number don’t exist
