Why haven’t Apple removed this app from the store if it doesn’t work at all

Really helps out keeping myself entertained when traveling but I would love to have a virtual controller option to play games that are not compatible with a gamepad.

Useless App
The controller itself is fantastic, but the app is the big letdown of it. The app has a very outdated looking UI and you cannot actually launch apps directly from the app, rendering it pointless. I wish they copied the backbone app as that app is known to be the most useful and beautiful app for a third party controller. This app on the other hand is the worst app for a third party controller.

Best iphone gaming controller deserves a better app
Coming from the backbone, the gamevice controller is a great improvement with better thumb sticks hand grips and no need to remove your case. But this app is a huge let down. It doesn't act as a launcher for your games. The backbone app is by far way better.
The gamevice deserves a better app. A game launcher at least. Hoping the developers decide to give the app some love and make it a better experience with the controller.

The controller is awesome but I agree with previous review this does not recognize games that have already been installed. I bought this so I could leave my case on , but I can’t play anything off of Xbox cloud at all because it will not recognize the app is already downloaded.
is it even necessary?
quick question, is the app even needed to use the controller? asking for myself. if not then i’m definitely going to delete it, ain’t opened it since i got the controller.
It serves no useful purpose…
I installed this app thinking it was necessary to get the full use out of the Flex controller. Unfortunately, it doesn’t even act like a launcher. It’s just a middleman between the consumer and the App Store or services. You can’t launch games, there are no social features. (Why “Live” then?) This app serves no functional purpose and just takes up space.

Best controller on the market, but the worst app.
I absolutely LOVE the Gamevice FLEX. But this app does not do it justice. Luckily it can be updated, but it should be ENTIRELY revamped. The Backbone app was amazing. Definitely should take notes because the FLEX beats the Backbone controller a hundred times over. I’m looking forward to seeing updates to this app.

Great Controller - Terrible App
The controller is well built and works great for things link Moonlight and Gamestream.
The app is a mess and needs so much work to function correctly.
The GameviceLive app doesn’t recognize when you have already installed a game or other apps. It also can’t properly launch the app either.
I have the flex and I bought it with the sole purpose of having the convenience of keeping my phone case on. It’s worth it but Backbone and Razer have this one beat on the software development side. Considering the Flex is more expensive than the Kishi v2 or Backbone, that doesn’t seem acceptable.
If the software support improved, I would give this controller 5 stars and telling everyone to buy it, but the app the Achilles Heel for this device right now

App doesn’t work
Can’t launch Xbox cloud app or Ps remote play app, which is the whole point of this app. Controller is top tier and worth the money though.
Controller super nice , but this app is so terrible
App need updates frequently , I have to open those separate because won’t launch directly from the app smh 🤷🏽♂️

The Homepage doesn’t present apps that you’ve been playing. It presents games they want to promote.
To get to games, you’ve been playing, you have to open a separate favorites page. And clicking on those don’t even take you to the app. It opens into interstitial window for you to tap play on. Clunky.
It also doesn’t take into account the dynamic island. Menu elements are hidden.
I expected better.
