Unusable

Truly unusable. When I am able to get it connected it vibrates endlessly. In the off chance it didn’t do that, the steps and details you receive are wildly off compared to my other smart devices. And even if it did work, it’s an unusable step counter with no other valuable function. Don’t waste time, sadly.

Does not work

App does not send notifications to my wrist. At this point it just tracks steps.

Fantastic support - Software needs improvement

I’m hesitant to even leave a review less than 5 stars with how amazing the support and team behind this product has been. Between listening to questions and issues with the device since launch (which is naturally going to happen, to staying in touch on issues and even getting me a new device when mine was lost due to not sticking to my watch). The support and team has been next level and refreshing in today’s world of humanness interaction and support.

That said, it is still very buggy and can’t seem to keep connection or consistent tracking. Concept and team behind the product is top notch, but it needs some improvement - Which they seem to be well aware of and open to criticism to make the product better. Really all you can ask for with a newly launched, one-of-a-kind profit like this.

Very dissatisfied

Incredibly disappointed the device only works when it wants to work for something that’s supposed to be simple and make life better. It’s just not worth the hassle.

When it works

This product is new to market and still cutting its teeth. That being said, the hardware and app are very flakey.

I wear my Heir daily, and it should track steps and calories burnt as a result. And allow me that data without adding another screen or complication to my life.

In reality, I’ve been wearing this daily for months, and the last time it tracked anything was late September. Over a month ago. It’s not for lack of trying. I have to re-sync the Heir with the app very frequently to have any hope of tracking data. And yet, mostly all I see is the battery life of the Heir spent throughout the day. If it stays synced for that long.

I should open the app every morning and re-sync the Heir manually so it tracks. But I’m not going to do that - I shouldn’t have to. I’m already winding a manual Speedmaster. I charge the Heir on my watch stand every night. That should be enough.

I’m willing to give this a bit more time. I WANT this to work. I’m pulling for you guys. And I have friends and family that are lining up to buy a Heir IF it works. But it doesn’t feel like it’s ready yet. The devs have been steadily fixing issues, so they’re working on it (the login loop was was fun). I have faith you’ll get it there. And I’ll give this maybe another month before I go to another option.

It’s not easy to do what you’re doing. First impressions of new technology are critical. If you whiff that, the recovery and comeback are what you need to focus on. That’s where this sits.

Fix the issues with the app and hardware - give me a reason to update this review. I would be so glad to do it.

Best of luck.
