Always fresh & delicious, love the chicken bowl. Tzatziki sauce is on point and their tabbouleh salad is some of the best I’ve ever had
Rewards
Having trouble applying rewards to order using the app. Rewards doesn’t give you a code to enter
Great Food
They do a good job giving you a fair amount of protein in the wraps. Thats why I keep coming back. Hopefully they keep honoring the respectable portion sizes!

Decent app, missing features
The app works well, you need the ability to save the order you worked on in case you need to close the app or wait between adding items. The cart closes after a timeout period and you have to redo the whole order.
Having the ability to make a link and send it to people so they can put their own orders in on a website is very needed. If the chipotle app can do it, so can you.

App does not accurately track my points
Worst food app in the world
Although the food at Gansett Wraps is absolutely wonderful, the app is the worst of any of the 100+ apps that I have. It consistently drops the order and trying to “reorder” is painful at best. They decided not to take phone orders, so the only way to order successfully is in person. I gave been getting superb sandwiches and wraps there for years but now I hesitate because of the hassle of online ordering.

Great food always
The food here always good, fresh and consistent, a big deal for small businesses. Always ready and delicious and the app is a breeze to use . Can’t go wrong ! Best falafel in Rhode Island .
Can’t do a 0% tip
The app defaults to a 15% tip, but after selecting 0% and then entering in my credit card details I watched the custom tip changed to the default 15% tip while the screen was loading. and I was charged as such. This also happened to my friend.

The app is decent and well laid out. Even when you apply a reward, the app doesn’t actually give it to you so that’s kind of a bummer.
