Needs an complete update for 5 stars
This app is not very useful for the following reasons:
1) Downloaded images and videos are not accessible outside the app. Therefore you can’t share them or use them.
2) as of today 11/25/20 playback of any video is a blank white screen.
Obviously this company does do software maintenance.
Equally there PC based softwares for managing their equipment is equal bad. Downloaded videos are not actually downloaded.
