Aplicatie de banking mai slaba nu cred ca exista
Sunt client la multe banci, dar aceasta aplicati este de departe cea mai slaba.
1. interfata grafica nici macar nu se extinde pe tot ecranul in functie de dispozitiv;
2. designul este foarte slab;
3. aplicatia nu este deloc intuitiva;
4. am incercat sa fac o plata si nu reusesc sa o finalizez pentru ca trebuie sa confirm o notificare care nu exista sau nu o primesc;

Constant crashes, unable to update, user interface is from 1990 at best
It hides your own money! Beware!
The card totals sums, do not reflect the reality! Your debt is inflated artificially and thus invites you to cover it, …and once you do it, the surplus that you pay is moved to an account that you do not have acces! Your money …simply vanishes!

Aplicația este învechită. Are nevoie de o actualizare. Se blochează și de multe ori nu afișează istoricul de tranzacții.
Sunt mulțumit de serviciile de la bancă dar aplicația m-a dezamăgit profund. Sper să se ia in considerare ceea ce am spus.

Old app and limited features
For a 2024 app it looks old, features are 2000-ish. For basic operations means update ID, to re-register the app you need to visit an agency which is so frustrating for hese days. Features like generating virtual card from the app, updating ID from the app or enroll cards into Wallet seems to be scifi for this bank. I'm sorry to say that, but the app is from the past.
Maybe they should inspire from ING and Revolut, but i'm afraid they won't.

By far far far, the worst. Everything is horrible. From authentication, to ui, payment process. Everything is horrible.
Major update needed!
Highly inefficient, lacking biometric authentication, no integration for card enrollment with Google Pay or Apple Pay, no cardless cash withdrawal functionality, and app activation is restricted to ATMs. It’s missing nearly all the essential features expected in a modern banking app for 2024

Mi s-a mai întâmplat să nu meargă aplicația lan logare pentru o zi , dar acum se poate introduce parola parțial și se blochează.
