App data randomly deletes

Without even deleting the app( I had just gotten on it earlier today), it deleted all of my save data and there is no way to get it back so it is forcing me to start from the beginning. They need to add a iCloud save data so we can recover our data and figure out what is going on. If you guys have a way to recover data on your end I would love that I had my truck up to level 27.
