The updated app made me lose my gift cards.
I updated the app automatically on Apple. When I went to use my app, I was logged off, I logged back in and there’s nowhere to access gift cards and I had two gift cards loaded into the app. Looks like I lost that with this update. Be careful.
Ordering is Completely Broken
I can see locations, but no menu items show up when I go to order. Same thing happens on the website.
Don’t believe them
App lies about rewards and extra points all the time. Never you’ll never hear back from their support when you reach out.
No free pita
The question about the free pita is mandatory yet there is only one option stating it’s ok leave it out. If you want the free pita you can’t say yes to adding it to your order. I ended up just canceling the order. 🙃

Was expecting a way better experience
I was excited for the opening, but my first experience was disappointing. They have a vertical rotisserie sitting there heating up meat, but the meat for my gyro was picked out of a bin on the line. The pita was really thick, and the portions were carefully placed as to not give you too much. I also tried the hummus because that’s a staple that would let you know how good a place is, but the humus was gritty and dry. You would think when a place first opens they would try to wow you, but that’s far from the feeling I got. I’ve had better gyros at Arby’s. Maybe I’ll give them a month or two to get their stuff together and give it a try again.

Food was great, portions were great, and my server left a lot to be desired. She didn’t answer me she didn’t offer anything she did not say hello she did not say thank you that kind of sucked but the rest was good.
