Bad user experience

The app need to be revamped from UI/UX perspective. However, no need to reinvent the wheel check the best apps in the market. For instance, use Google maps to choose your address, and if the restaurant is busy, just dim it!

Makes you pay more!

They add to the price of each item a lot.
For example an item which costs 5.2 JDs on the restaurant menu they charge 6 Jds for it. And this is for each single item not per order.

التوصيل ممكن يكون اقل لكن التطبيق يقوم بزيادة سعر الوجبات داخل التطبيق لتغطية هذه الفرقية
يمكنك التأكد بنفسك من هذا الشئ

Bad app

This app is so trash like you can’t order anything without having to do a million things and when I try to put my address it says no connection even tho I have connection don’t order from This app

Way too low key

The app is not designed for the iPhone x , the text is so missed up , week design & so cheap advertising, needs much more care

Great app

As a single guy who lives pff eating fast food
I save tons of money through this app .
Although there were some minor mistakes in orders
And one time it took them 3 hours to deliver
But as a whole it’s really an amazing idea and thank you for this app❤️ i love it and the support team is amazing too .

التطبيق مو شغال

التطبيق مش راضي يشتغل بعد الابديت بطل يعمل ساين ان ولا حتى يعطيني خيار اتي اطلب بضل معلق

Its really bad no meal details no editing orders no cancelations actually it bothering and thrz no usability at all i mean its not comfy using it its not efficient
