Not great

I tried this app three times, and each time all I did was spin and spin and spin and never produce anything! I do like the design of it that you’re able to do, but it seems to get stuck or take way too long to picture. I don’t even know if it’s doing anything because like I said spin and spin and spin. I paid for the week and I’m a little bummed that I just wasted eight dollars!

Can’t do anything without paying for the pro version

I don’t think you can do anything without paying for the pro version. Every time I try to use one of the features, I wind up on the page where you have to select whether you want to pay for your subscription by the year or by the month.

Hallo, es tut uns leid für die Verwirrung. Garden AI bietet ein kostenloses Design, damit Nutzer die App ausprobieren können. Einige Premium-Funktionen erfordern ein Pro-Abo, aber wir arbeiten weiter daran, die kostenlose Nutzung und die Preise klarer zu machen.

Enttäuschend

App stürzt ab, bei Fragen kommt eine errormeldung und Design lässt sich nicht individualisieren auf unseren Garten. In der Theorie schöne Idee, bringt aber nichts, wenn das Konzept im eigenen Garten nicht geht, da der zb kleiner ist und dann nicht angepasst werden kann. Schade!

Couldn’t. Because of how amazing and beautiful the image is and the way it looks so similar to my yard gives me so much to look forward to ☺️

Misleading

Limited uploads would all to design my landscape but told me how to care for the plants I want to remove..

A great app for creating yard and garden space.

My wife and I are putting in a pool, deck, and a few seating areas. Explaining my design ideas,materials, lighting, has proven to be more of a challenge than I thought it would be. This app has made a difference in understanding each other’s expectations. We can easily try different layouts and change features quickly. Definitely a 5 star app.

Need improvement and clarity

It is okeish but after purchasing the Pro version I found out that you only have 20 images per week and 200 a year. Unfortunately these limitations were not stated in the product purchase. Besides the images produced are most of the time exaggerated or out of proportion and it is pretty easy to produce more than 20 to just get what you were looking for. The idea might be good the execution not yet.

Cannot generate the garden design and the create you own just spins and never loads. Paid $7 to delete the app immediately

Don’t believe Cancel at anytime

I clicked for a one week subscription which they made into an annual subscription. Tried to cancel it immediately and just get a one week membership but the subscription can’t be cancelled anytime. So now I have a yearly subscription until June 1, 2027 which I never wanted

Ineffective and Wrongly Billed

Most importantly, I was charged despite cancelling within 1 week. The developer was unable to assist me. Additionally, the app wasn’t helpful. It left objects in that I asked to have removed and didn’t follow some of my other specifications. When trying a second attempt, I had to wait at least 24 hours. I’m glad I cancelled and now I have to try fighting the changes.
