How could they have made the app worse?
I really don’t get it. After talking about a new app for 2 years, they finally release this. It is worse than before. It is slow, requires way too many clicks to get an order done, and is structured in a way that is fraught with potential for errors. Worse, they lowered the default tip amounts that go to the employees. I’m sure their tips have been about cut in half since launched. Terrible.

The worst app ever
The current app that was updated for garden catering is clunky, full of friction, hard to use, I’ve never seen such a poor business decision made in history of business decisions it’s such a great small business and good people. But their decision to go with this type of technology an app is really causing me to go to competitors.

Shelton store not in app
I love Garden and would order it a whole lot more if my local store (Shelton, CT) was available to order from in the app. It's only been open a few months but I was hoping the app would have been updated by now

Food is great App is horrific
GC needs better quality control on their app development. The product is poorly written, authentication fails regularly. I’m learning that if you custom tip it throws a 400 error but if you choose a suggested tip it appears to work okay. Poor QC.
Great but glitchy promos
The app is pretty great and user friendly. Easy to make adjustments and modifications which I love. The promos are glitchy though, and my birthday one didn’t work :( other than that- pretty good app
Need to add to menu
Need to add fruit salad to the salad section. Always try to order a fruit salad and have to purchase it separately.
Promo Codes and Birthday Rewards not working!
For some time now promo codes and rewards are not working. Please help! The app still allows me to order and food is still delicious!
Can’t upload receipts
App has not been updated in over a year, tried to upload a receipt but can’t get past step one. Gonna lose out on 60 points because it’s not working. 🤬
