It is easy up thanks fot the great dev, I will not rated 5 stars since it is not updating document like rental insurance, for that reason for most people/ residents avoid the auto pay, it may get fix later thanks again
Unable to verify bank account
Unable to verify bank account and had to use debit card and pay a fee! Not happy about this app
Terrible app
The old app was so much better. You went to a worse one with worse features and doesn’t work as well. You’ve made it more complicated. Used to get pictures for packages and now don’t get anything.

Can’t verify bank accounts
Unable to verify bank account, forced to use debit card and pay fee. Not happy with this. Writing and mailing a check would be preferable.

Absolutely ridiculous. Our fee used to be $30 and it’s now doubled to be on an app. That is honestly terrible.

Stephen was outstanding. The problem isn’t fixed yet, but he’s working on getting a technician in.
Sloppy
Lost all my information with the transfer. Required new bank account authorization. Charged me late fee and a fee for using credit card bc my bank wasn’t set up. Badly managed communication.
