Appointment
They were unprofessional at the 3333 new Hyde location they had a child behind the desk , and the supervisor was rude she did not help me during my appointment I am highly disappointed because I’ve been a patient with them since 2019 they make you wait almost a half and hour to be seen. I got my blood draw and the phlebotomist made blood squirt all over my clothes. The lack of professionalism is a 1. Not highly recommended and they need to be recognized for this behavior.i left out of there in tears.
