I love when the app randomly tells me they can’t show my information and I am completely unable to access any of my funds until they fix it which usually takes hours

Not worth it
They have a history of making it as difficult as possible to deposit a check using the app. From requesting a specific wording to be written on the check to limiting how much money can be deposited using the app ( regardless of what your balance is) to refusing deposits after you get an acceptance message in the app and instead of telling you at the moment while you are still logged on- they email you later. My old bank did not have these limitations.
Their latest exploit is that they want you to have your location turned on or you won’t be able to deposit- even if you were previously able to do so. Turning on the location will not fix this. Now I will have to call customer service and see if someone can figure this out.
It seems like they really, really want people to go to their branches while a pandemic is going on. They don’t really need your location- they already have authenticated you using touch id/face id. This is just some shameless attempt at data mining.
I, for one will be looking for a different bank. It’s not worth it.

Fast and safe
The Garden Savings Federal Credit Union app is every bit as fast and secure as the big banks. I love it. I can do anything I need to using the app.

Had A LOT of problems when bank suddenly switched debit from Visa to Mastercard. Didn’t get new card for over a month, then name was spelled wrong. Took over another month to get a new card. A lot of complications with automatic payments because of the switch as well.
I previously loved this bank and staff so much! But this was a big deal and part of reason I opened an account at another bank. Lost a lot of faith in the bank when I had all these problems. I felt like I was constantly making calls and going to bank during this transition.

Lost Card
I like the app however I would appreciate an option to place my card on hold if ever lost and I’m unable to call the bank during the weekend hours.

I am been trying to do payments a Through this app and you can’t do it for credit cards, also I don’t find m routing number for my account . Better work on that
