Good app

Good app, like the map and offer details. Only issue is I can’t add card to apple wallet - the button to do it doesn’t work.

Distances

App is showing distances in kilometres we use miles in the UK.

Missing Functionality

Nice to have an app but it is missing some key features. A map is a must to help locate gardens/properties. Being able to filter out days of the week is important too as some offers are only valid on certain days. Opening hours would be great. Single visitor discount filter would be nice.

Would be good to have a wishlist or favourites list, or to be able to track which places you have been to.

A good start but more work needed.

Limited search features

Disappointed that there’s no map search. Only by county name or garden name, generating either a list of either one or hundreds. Very poor considering the hype and resources behind this app.

No map and app shows fewer gardens

Could do with a map and when I did a search using the filter for gardens in Scotland it showed just 34 results but in the booklet there are 58 gardens in Scotland

Missing filter

Great to have an app and that you can add the card to your phone wallet but you’ve managed to leave out a filter search for Central England so still need to use the book

Thanks for your feedback. We've updated the app filtering system, so you should now see all gardens. We're fixing the missing East Midlands filter ASAP. Meanwhile, you can search by county to find the gardens.

Easy and simple to use

Great to have an app this year, does make it easier to find a given garden. Do agree with other reviews that a map integration would be ideal to see proximity when looking for local spots. Having said that it’s still a great improvement on not having an app and I can just search myself in another app so it’s not a must have, but would be nice in future if possible. Added filters such as cafe onsite or family friendly would also be good.

No map

My number 1 request for the app is a map for all properties, as well as a map within each listing to locate the property. Being able to only search by name or county is not so useful for discovering places. However it is very useful to have the digital card function.

Hi, thank you for your feedback. Our app offers search by garden name, county, 11 regions, and other filters. We appreciate your suggestion and will consider it for future improvements.

What about a map??

Downloaded and installed well, but there is no option to search using a map!!!

As an example: search Devon and you find 20+ gardens, but then you have to locate each one outside the App to find out if they are anywhere near where you are holidaying. Which makes the App pointless, because there is a map on the webpage.

Great to have a mobile app that has all of the benefits. Simple to use. Clear information

For a 5 star rating I would add the ability to view gardens on a map and link it in with your maps so you can navigate to it

Great to have gardens in app

Find it very convenient to have the list of all 2 for 1 gardens available in an app format. Super easy to find exactly the right garden for a weekend visit
