Garett eKids is the official app designed for Garett children’s smartwatches equipped with eSIM technology. It enables constant contact with your child and access to multiple features that enhance safety and convenience. The app also provides access to location history and safety zone (Geo-fencing) settings with notifications for zone exits. • Quick Communication Send and receive text messages, voice messages, photos, and enjoy video chat. The SOS button allows your child to instantly call for help in an emergency. • Class Schedule & Time Management Plan your child’s activities with a dedicated calendar and manage the smartwatch functions remotely. • Battery Saving Modes Customize location update frequency and enable power-saving mode to prolong battery life. • eSIM Verification & Support If the eSIM does not work properly, ensure that: – It is a new, standalone number, – It has been activated, – There are sufficient funds, – There are no locks (e.g., PIN code), – It supports data transmission and caller ID, – It works in 2G/3G/4G LTE mode. If issues arise, check the user manual or contact our support. Important: For best GPS accuracy, it’s recommended to use the watch in open outdoor areas. Indoors, the device may rely on cellular signal (LBS), which may reduce accuracy.
