It keeps on sending me notifications about exercising and even when I do it still sends me notifications

Fix
This is a good app but can you fix the error? 1. It doesn't track me steps on my apple watch.2.idk why but of i lock my screen on my phone it also does not track anything at all.

best app to ever be created. garfield makes anything better so yes. garf approves of this garfield apps are usually kinda trash but this one is actually epic garfield is so epic and cool so yeah great app overall, no glitches,bugs, design mistakes.
